As an author on Medium, I have worked to underscore the connections between economy, environment, and ethics. Many people believe that these three things must be in competition- that capitalism can never coexist with conservation, that there will always be "losers" and "winners" in any social spending program. When policies are well-designed this is not the case. As I continue to add to my writing collection, I hope to elucidate a path forward for the creation of stronger systems-thinking policy creation that can create benefits for people, planet, and profits.
